It will be stored and used internally to analyse survey response, and to enable communication between the project team and stakeholder participants. Aggregated participation data – and, where stakeholder group is represented by a single individual, the corresponding individual data – may be included in key project deliverables. As this survey is jointly managed across several projects, your personal data may be accessed by authorised personnel from the other participating projects for the purpose of survey administration, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
When answering the survey, please avoid mentioning any personal information, either yours or of third parties, if not specifically requested.
Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above. In any case, no longer than the duration of the project (2030) and any subsequent period required by applicable EU funding, auditing, or legal obligations; or until you withdraw your consent, whichever occurs first.
