The ability to reuse patient-level clinical, genomic, radiology, and digital pathology data at scale is necessary to accelerate cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment innovation. The data-integration platforms cBioPortal has been an integral effort in making this vision tangible for clinicians and researchers alike.
The cBioPortal Symposium will be held on November 11th, 09:00 – 17:00, in person at the Netherlands Cancer Institute NKI and online. This symposium will encompass topics such as:
- Challenges and opportunities in the European cancer data research landscape
- Dutch user experiences with cBioPortal
- cBioPortal & common data models (for clinical, genomic, radiology and pathology data)
cBioPortal users and developers, as well as anyone interested in data integration, semantic interoperability, and FAIR data are invited to attend. The symposium will be live-streamed and can be attended free of charge, but registration is required.
