What actors define the landscape of federated cancer research, National Cancer Data Nodes and cancer patient information? We will explore this in our persona workshop with the EU cancer stakeholder community.
Why attend:
Personas are fictional characters that help put a face on the users of a service and make their needs more tangible. We will use this concept to help us understand user needs in various areas:
- Users of a decentralized collaborative network for cancer research (built by UNCAN-Connect)
- Users of National Cancer Data Nodes (built by CANDLE)
- Users of a cancer information portal (built by EU-CiP)
In our workshop, you will build personas with us, mapped to the functions of each of these endeavours. They will be anchored in the EU Mission on Cancer and the European Health Data Space.
Who should join:
Stakeholders from the EU cancer ecosystem – e.g. healthcare, patients, survivors, cancer research, research infrastructures, policy, industry, carers, standardisation and governance bodies and beyond.
Background:
This webinar is a sequel to our successful National Cancer Data Node Persona webinar in November 2025. This time, we are amplyfing the scope beyond NCDNs, in a collaboration with our two synergy projects.
