This webinar consults cancer data stakeholders on the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Draft Implementing Regulation on Dataset Descriptions (Art. 77). This webinar is organised and led by UNCAN-Connect and the CANDLE project.
We will collect feedback on the minimum metadata elements and their characteristics to be provided by
health data holders for dataset descriptions for the secondary use of health data in the EHDS (Art.77), as suggested by the Draft Implementing Act and Annex. This consultation will focus on:
– implications for the upcoming National Cancer Data Nodes and UNCAN.eu infrastructure
– the perspective of the cancer data community
– suggested changes to metadata elements
– missing metadata elements
Target groups are research organisations, research infrastructures, national cancer registries, Health Data Access Bodies, policy makers, industry and healthcare providers.
