Your personal data will be used and stored internally in the project for the processing of survey responses and for communication between the project team and stakeholder participants. Aggregated stakeholder participation data – and, where relevant, individual data if there is only one individual per stakeholder group – may be included in key project deliverables. Personal contact details, such as email addresses, will not be published.

The personal data collected in this survey, which may include your name, email address, organisation, country and role (e.g. patient, survivor, caregiver, professional), will be processed exclusively for the purposes of EU-CIP’s stakeholder engagement and communication activities.

When answering the survey, please avoid mentioning any unnecessary personal information, either yours or of third parties, if it is not specifically requested.
Filling out this questionnaire or survey is voluntary. By completing it, you are giving your consent.
