CANDLE privacy note

Your personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes and needs of the Stakeholder Engagement Group  and newsletter registration of CANDLE  as part of the project’s WP5. Your personal data will be used and stored internally in the project for the processing of data and communication between the project team and stakeholder engagement group members. We will include aggregated stakeholder participation data – as well as individual data, if we only have one individual per stakeholder group – in key project outputs. Email addresses will not be included.

Data and Data Processor

The personal data collected in this form, which will be processed, includes your name, email address, organisation, country and job title.

The collection and processing of this personal data are carried out by empirica GmbH, as Task 5.2 Leader within the CANDLE Project (Project project number 101214368). For more information on the CANDLE project, see https://candle-project.eu/.

When answering the survey, please avoid mentioning any personal information, either yours or of third parties, if not specifically asked for it.

Filling out this form is voluntary. By completing it, you are giving your consent. Thus, the legal basis for processing your data is your consent, in accordance with article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since your consent is voluntary, your data will only be processed for the specified purpose until you withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of processing carried out previously based on consent or any other processing activities legally required.
