The CANDLE Project will produce two central products: the CANDLE Resource Kit and the UNCAN.eu Network.
The CANDLE Resource Kit
- Essential tools and services for cancer data users
- Essential guidelines and recommendations for data holders to support alignment with EHDS national implementation
- Blueprint of digital capabilities of NCDN to Member States to complement the national implementation of EHDS.
The UNCAN.eu Network
- as a focal point for NCDNs to learn from each other and improve the (re)use of cancer data
- as a space to exchange practical approaches to implementing NCDNs
- provides continued support to NCDNs beyond the duration of the project
Impact: Enable new cancer treatments, diagnostics, and better information for patients – to reduce the burden of cancer in Europe.
